As the clock ticks down on 2023, it’s that time again — time to hit the pause button, reflect, and groove to the tunes of wisdom. Just like Koffee’s “Toast” is still my anthem, let’s dive into the year that was and the lessons it served up. As the beats of Toast echoed through my reflections on 2022, I can’t help but wonder, what tunes defined your 2023? Was it a mix of triumphs with a dash of challenges, or did you navigate the year to the rhythm of unexpected plot twists? Whatever the melody, let it be a playlist that sparks memories and sets the mood for your next adventure. Mine was like an Amapiano song — groovy and full of unexpected drops.
My year had more plot twists than a DJ switching up the tempo mid-song. At times, it felt like life was remixing itself, and just when I thought I had the melody down, a key change threw me off. But hey, in the grand scheme of things, it’s the unexpected beats that make the dancefloor of life truly unforgettable!.

How Did You Tackle the Unplanned Pit Stops?
In the grand journey of life, sometimes the GPS takes us on detours we didn’t anticipate. In 2022, I took a page from Dory’s book and just kept swimming through the detours. Navigating the rough patches with resilience and humor is a skill worth honing. After all, laughter is the best travel companion.
Balancing work and play is an art, and just like making a cake with cement won’t yield a tasty treat, balancing life requires the right ingredients. I tried to find the sweet spot between professional growth and personal adventures. Remember, life is not just about the hustle; it’s about savoring the flavors of joy and growth.
As I learned in 2022, the major key to a better future is ME!
I tried to unlock the potential within myself in 2023 - I am still on this journey. Becoming more than I am is a journey only me can embark on. Just like a GPS can guide, but you drive the car, the power to shape your destiny lies in your hands.
I keep asking myself, “What’s brewing in my cauldron of Self-Improvement?”
The elixir of self-development is a potent potion. I tried to stir the cauldron of personal growth and see the magical transformations unfold. Whether it’s refining skills, conquering fears, or just embracing the beauty of becoming, I’m going to let the cauldron continue bubbling with excitement for the person I’m evolving into.
2023 had its share of victories and defeats, but what’s on the horizon for the coming year?

Life is not a game so get serious! I am here to learn and grow to become the best we can ever be.
The coming year would see a better person — A person willing to make the studies, a person willing to make the commitment, a person willing to do the learning, a person willing to find better ways to choose the right words and make an impact on people. Wherever I go, I want to go there with some new skills and power. I want to go there with a refinement of language and spirit. Whatever I do, I want to back it up with the best skills I can bring.
I also don’t want to miss the opportunity to learn and I want to develop a whole new intensity so that I don’t miss the info and details. I will continue to learn from my mistakes and grow to become the best version of myself.
As we bid adieu to 2023, let the lessons learned be the stepping stones to an even more epic adventure. So here’s to the laughter, the challenges, the unexpected twists, and the unwritten chapters of the year that was.
